Liu Weibiao's ancestral home in Anhui, once known as Liu Yonghe, grew up in Shandong, born in June 1966, native of Taihe, Anhui Province, and was admitted to Fuyang Normal University in 1987 to major in oil painting. In 1991, he taught in Anhui Province. Graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts, a contemporary painter, the Department is now a national first-class artist in China, a researcher of the National Academy of Chinese Painting, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, and a distinguished professor of the Academy of Fine Arts. Beijing Rong Bao Zhai Distinguished Painter, Beijing Palace Museum Restorer, Sotheby's Invited Cooperative Painter, Vice Chairman of Shandong Artists Association, later engaged in cultural relics archaeology and museum management, long-term research on traditional Chinese painting theory and techniques, and more copy Ming and Qing Dynasty famous paintings and ancient murals, Mr. Liu Weibiao is low-key and modest, calm and introverted. His paintings are like his people, his works are subtle but not revealing, simple but not profound. In the face of the current complicated and impetuous social life, Mr. Liu Weibiao uses a pious creative mood, calm philosophical and aesthetic thinking, and religious piety, tirelessly reading and seeking, and devoting himself to the perception of nature and art, so that his paintings are not only a copy of the color and object structure, but from the small scene of life to the lofty narrative of the grand narrative, with a broad, lofty and solid cultural spirit. Looking at his paintings, one can feel the majestic aura of the universe that suddenly opens up and opens one's chest.
His works have been exhibited at the National Art Museum of China, and have won many awards and exhibitions in national painting and calligraphy competitions. There are art works and a number of professional articles, published in newspapers and cultural relics drawing and photography, etc., published in China Painting and Calligraphy, Chinese Culture Daily, Literature and Art Newspaper, "Cultural Relics", "Chinese Painting Sketch", "Cultural Relics and Archaeology", "Cultural Relics Spring and Autumn", "Calligraphers and Painters", "Ink and Wash Frontier", "Contemporary Powerful Calligraphers and Painters Collection" and other national and provincial professional publications, selected into a number of art dictionaries and classics, has been published many times "Liu Weibiao Painting Collection", "Ink Figures", "White Sketch Hundred Pictures" and so on. He is currently the executive director of China Hongru Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and the deputy editor-in-chief of "Calligraphers and Painters". He is a member of the China Gongbi Painting Association, a member of the China Arts and Crafts Artists Association, a member of the China Ceramic Art Association, a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Appraisal Committee of the Palace Museum Art Research Institute, and a member of the Chinese Museums Association.
