Najian Village: The National People's Congress helps to build a solid foundation for development
Located in the west of Liuma Town, Najian Village is located in the river valley area, with no severe cold in winter and hot summer, and belongs to the main core production area of "Zhenning Bee Sugar Plum", a unique high-quality fruit in Guizhou. Not long ago, the reporter drove down the riverside road from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area and came to Najian Village.
Entering Najian, I feel that the altitude has decreased a lot, the village is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the clouds and mist are shrouded between the slopes of the endless canyons at high places, although it is winter, the river is rippling with blue waves, and the trees on both sides are verdant, a scene full of vitality.

In 2013, the main leaders of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress and their cadres of the assistance department, after many in-depth investigations in Najian Village, made full use of climate and land resources, and took the unique high-quality fruits of Liuma, Liuma Hornet Sugar Plum, Four Seasons Plum and Mango that have been successfully planted by rich and capable people as the leading, and embarked on a road of poverty alleviation in characteristic industries.
At present, the arable land of the whole village can be "planted as much as possible", and it has developed into a high-quality fruit industrial belt based on high-quality fruits such as Zhenning bee sugar plums and mangoes, with an annual output value of more than 30 million yuan. In accordance with the idea of "planting plums at an altitude of 600-1200 meters and planting mangs below 600 meters above sea level", we will continue to optimize the industrial structure. The road of rural industrial development is getting wider and wider, and the cadres and the masses are becoming more and more confident.
Speaking of the next step, Yang Changhong, the first secretary of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress in Najian Village, said that in accordance with the "Development Plan for Promoting Rural Revitalization in Najian Village in the Next Five Years", to strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations as the guarantee, to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and the effective connection of rural revitalization as the starting point, on the basis of the industry from scratch and from there to large, it has been transformed into a strong industry, a second industry, and a combination of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. Finally, an industrial structure will be formed based on high-quality fruits and vegetables, livestock and poultry products in the first industry, supported by storage, transportation and processing enterprises in the second industry, and expanded by rural agricultural tourism in the third industry, so as to realize that farmers have income all year round, have the ability to resist climate disasters and market risks, and truly achieve high-quality development and fully realize the grand goal of rural revitalization.
Prosperity Village: Capable people demonstrate the creation and development of a "new territory".
Compared with Najian Village, Zhifu Village, which also belongs to the valley area of Liuma Town, is much more well-known outside because of the promotion of Lu Dan, secretary of the village party branch, director of the village committee, and deputy to the 14th National People's Congress on various occasions.
When the reporter came to Zhifu Village, Lu Dan went out to study Xi. Tang Lianghong, a member of the village committee, said: "The development of our village has benefited from a strong leadership group and leaders."

Tang Lianghong said that Zhifu Village is located on the east bank of the Dabang River in the north of Liuma Town, and the area of the Dabang River through Zhifu Village is 6 kilometers. Zhifu Village is also adjacent to the Mucheng River in Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County, and the waterscapes along the Mucheng River and the Dabang River are very beautiful. Craft workshop: the courage to "go out" and "pass it on".

Walk into the "skillful national batik embroidery craft workshop", you can hear the laughter of the workers in the workshop from afar, in the workshop, the women are flying with five fingers, weaving and spinning, skillfully putting on different ethnic headdresses and costumes for wooden dolls, and weaving out pieces of cloth and clothing with strong ethnic style, and then after detailed processing, these goods will be sold all over the country.
Living in Zhenning Autonomous County, I cherish Zhenning's reputation as the hometown of batik, and I also consciously take on the role of the guardian and inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage - the traditional handicraft skills of batik. Liang Hailan, deputy to the People's Congress of Zhenning Autonomous County, secretary general of Zhenning National Handicraft Association, and legal person of the skillful national batik embroidery workshop, said that the high-quality development of the cultural industry cannot be done behind closed doors, and it is necessary to be good at inviting people to come in and have the courage to "go out", so that more people can like the batik culture of ethnic minorities and better inherit it.
Since the creation of the craft workshop, Liang Hailan has successively taught batik embroidery cultural skills to students (students) of East China Textile University, Shizhai Village in Huangguoshu Tourism Area, Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhenning Relocation Point, Guihang Vocational College, Anshun Women's Federation, Xiatong Village, Zhenning Biandan Mountain Town, Hunan Vocational and Technical College, Shanghai Foreign Language University, Zhenning Nationalities Middle School, Zhenning Experimental Primary School, and Biandan Mountain Central School.
The residents of Jingning Community are all residents who moved from various towns and villages in the county, such as Liangtian, Liuma, and Recruitment. For them, the biggest worry is the difficulty of finding a job and the fear of not being able to integrate into the life in the city. After learning about the concerns of the residents, Liang Hailan applied for the "bilingual" and "batik" skills training programs to train local ethnic women in traditional batik skills, and has led some women to find employment, so that women of all ethnic groups living in the relocation sites can live steadily, become rich, and become more united and fraternal.
It is understood that there are more than 30 workers who come to work in the craft workshop every day, and there are 35 households in other towns and villages who receive raw materials to their homes for processing. The monthly income of workers ranges from a few hundred yuan to 3,000 yuan, which solves the problem of local employment for the masses.
