It has been successfully applied in the concentrate dehydration production of lead-zinc ore. And has achieved significant economic and social benefits. Ceramic filters not only need to follow the method when using and operating, but also have requirements for cleaning. Due to the micropores on the surface of the ceramic filter, a small number of fine particles enter the inside of the ceramic filter, which is likely to cause the ceramic filter to clog and affect the production capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the ceramic filter regularly.
The cleaning operation method of the ceramic filter is as follows.
1. If the ceramic filtration equipment is shut down for more than 30 minutes due to failure or other reasons, the equipment should be cleaned in time to prevent the filter plate from being infarcted and unable to be cleaned.
2. After 6-7 hours of general use, it should be stopped for cleaning, and whether it can be cleaned can be decided according to the on-site use, but it cannot wait until the filter plate is blocked, and then shut down for cleaning after the mine can not be hung, which constitutes a vicious operation. Every time the car is washed, the filter plate should achieve good operating efficiency and form a good operation.
3. Every time it is cleaned, the slurry in the ore tank of the ceramic filter should be cleaned. If there is a build-up in the tank, it should be cleaned manually. If foreign objects fall into the bottom of the tank, they should be removed in time. The head position of the level controller at the bottom of the tank should be cleaned manually, and there should be no ore accumulation. Otherwise, the device will give an alarm.
4. When cleaning, the sensor should be engulfed in the water tank before opening the filter plate to stop sonic cleaning, otherwise the sensor will be damaged.
5. When the ceramic filter is in normal operation, the backwash pressure is 006-0.09mpa。If it is higher than this range, the pressure should be adjusted in time to avoid plate breakage. If the backwash pressure is below this range, you need to check whether the filter element can be cleaned, whether the filter pressure is normal, and whether the pressure relief valve is normal. The cause of low backwash water pressure is usually filter infarction. Check the gauge readings before and after backwash filtration, but when the difference between the two is greater than 01 megapascal, should be exchanged in time.
6. Before cleaning in combination with the ceramic filter, the backwash filter element should not be blocked, and the flushing water pressure should be greater than 03MPa, turn on the acid pump, so that the degree of cleaning agent entering the filter plate is about 1%. If the water pressure of the rinse water is less than 03MPa, the cleaning agent can be injected into the filter plate, and measures should be taken to restore the water pressure before cleaning. During the cleaning process, the pH value of the filter plate should be checked frequently with a test strip, and the pH value of the filter plate should be 1. ~1.5。Otherwise, the cleaning dose of the pump should be adjusted appropriately, and the backwashing time of sonic wave and Yujie's special cleaning agent should not be less than 60 minutes.

The ceramic vacuum sulfur bubble filter uses the vacuum principle to manufacture a vacuum (-008MPa) negative pressure to adsorb the sulfur paste on the ceramic filter plate. The liquid flows from the micropores of the ceramic filter plate into the filtrate tank, and then the micropores of the filter plate are washed away by backflush water and circulated.
