The development of the upper computer of the small angle checker is a project being developed by the customer, this equipment is based on the needs of Party A such as the Precision Instrument Measurement Institute and other Party A to be applied to the use scenarios of precision small angle, geometric data measurement, inspection, etc., and is specifically used in the production of standard micro angle measuring instruments, used to calibrate the angle indication accuracy of frame level, strip level, conjunctive level, electronic level, autocollimator, etc. Based on the sinusoidal principle and the characteristics and use standards of the instrument at the level of early physics + manual operation, the Optical Research Department of Harbin Institute of Technology combines the non-contact characteristics of optoelectronic elements and combines the relevant technical configuration and equipment of electrical automation, thus producing a relatively mature optical automation small-angle inspection instrument, which meets Party A's requirements for high-precision, automation and intelligence of measuring instruments, and expands the successful upgrading and extension of the field of precision measurement.
In the preparation stage of the project, through communication with the person in charge of the project, we learned that the upper software part of the electrical integration and automation upgrade part was able to give full play to your own professional cooperation to solve this part of the work, coupled with the practical accumulation of related optics-related projects, and you created the first stage of the project quickly completed within the required time.
According to the particularity of Party A's needs, this project is set as a phased development, that is, from interface construction, specific module implementation to the final integration of the project. The technology stack of the project is developed in C++ language on Linux. Compared with other conventional host computers, this project requires interactive high-precision cameras, pixel resolution and other related adjustment algorithms, national standards for reference, etc., and the requirements for the upper-level implementation technology are diverse, and the professionalism of the invested technical personnel is of high standard.
This project is currently in the second phase of the implementation of specific modules in the final link, has been completed functional modules, interaction, etc., the following third stage of work needs to wait for Party A to sort out the different specific use environments and special requirements of the standard before proceeding.
