Choosing too many rows can lead to an increase in cost, as well as an increase in the wind pressure in demand, which in turn may affect the demand for the motor. Please check during the design process and fill in the relevant parameters of the inlet air condition, including the temperature of the chilled water used in and out.
3.Return air condition: directly select the number of surface cooler tube rows on the sample.
4.Fresh air condition: Similar to the return air condition, you only need to select the number of surface cooler tube rows on the sample.
5.Mixed air condition: In this case, the inlet air condition point needs to be determined according to the mixing amount of the new return air. It is then compared with the outlet condition to determine the specific cooling capacity (in the case of a constant temperature difference between the inlet and outlet waters). You can also make an estimate based on the difference in the new return air.
6.Unit type: Conventional units usually have only one fan section, and only need to fill in the air supply volume and air supply static pressure. For the double fan unit, you also need to fill in the air volume and residual pressure (static pressure) of the return fan (exhaust fan).
7.Motor form: generally configure fixed frequency, if there is a need for frequency conversion, you should choose a frequency conversion model. When choosing an inverter model, you also need to pay attention to whether you need to configure a frequency converter.
