Case 1
At about 4:05 a.m. on December 13, the Xiushan Brigade of the Third Detachment of the Highway Traffic Patrol Police seized a case of suspected illegal transportation of fireworks and firecrackers under the cover of night. After verification, the driver Duan did not obtain the "Fireworks and Firecrackers Transportation Permit", and transferred more than 500 pieces of fireworks and firecrackers from Liuyang, Hunan, to be transported to Guang'an, Sichuan, but was unexpectedly seized at the scene. At present, the case has been transferred to the Xiushan County Public Security Bureau for further handling.
Case 2
On December 11, the Beibei Brigade of the first detachment of the highway traffic patrol police received a report that a small Anhui box truck was suspected of illegally carrying fireworks and firecrackers from Hechuan to Chongqing. The police then successfully intercepted the car at the G75 Beibei toll station, and after further verification, the cargo box of the vehicle was filled with fireworks, and the driver looked panicked, and he was unable to show valid documents. At present, the case has been transferred to the Beibei District Bureau for further processing.
Case 3
At 20:00 on December 11, 2023, the Longevity Brigade of the Fourth Detachment of the Highway Traffic Patrol Police seized the cargo box of the vehicle driven by the driver Tang Mou full of fireworks and firecrackers when carrying out a special inspection at night. Upon inquiry, Tang was engaged in cargo pulling and transportation, and was entrusted to transport a truck of fireworks from Liangping District to Hexing on the same day. Tang knew that the act was illegal, but he accepted the commission with a fluke mentality, but he did not expect to be seized on the spot when passing through the high-speed toll station. The case has been transferred to the Changshou District Public Security Bureau for further processing.
