Minister of Education and Science of Mongolia LEnkh-Amgalan meets with Henry Muruma, CEO of "Eduten", a company run by the University of Turku, Finland.

In Mongolia, the 2022-2023 school year introduced the Eduten Mathematics Platform, with 520 students from 15 groups from 9 schools participating. Due to good test scores, students in grades 3-4 for the 2023-2024 school year are studying Xi across the country. In the next school year, all Primary 1-5 students will use the platform to learn Xi math.

Students in Finland, a leading country in education, use this platform to learn Xi learn Xi while playing. Through the use of Eduten, students' interest in mathematics continues to increase, and the speed of learning Xi continues to increase. In the past, students thought about 3-5 questions in a 40-minute class, but today they can think about 50 questions.

At the meeting, the two sides also discussed the implementation of a faculty and researcher exchange program in cooperation with the University of Turku, and discussions are also underway to jointly initiate curriculum reform at Michigan State University and introduce educational technology training.

As a result of the PISA International Assessment of Academic Achievement, Mongolia faces the need to improve reading skills, develop policies in this area, conduct research and adopt international practices. Therefore, the two sides also discussed the development of an electronic platform for cooperation in this area.
