The polyurethane efficient and innovative full envelope structure system adopted by Wanhua Talent Center includes:
1. Polyurethane new structure insulation integrated wall:
The new generation of polyisocyanurate PIR insulation products are adopted, which have excellent thermal insulation performance, good fire performance, good waterproof performance and durability as a thermosetting material.
This project draws on the refrigerator insulation foaming process, and pours low-density PIR into the double-layer AAC (vapor pressurized concrete slat) cavity, and uses the PIR super adhesion to form a whole with AAC to achieve efficient thermal insulation, high waterproofness and structural equivalent Class A fire protection of the wall.
2. Integration of polyurethane spraying roof insulation and waterproofing
It can realize the roof spraying full sticky, no joints, no cold bridge, replace a waterproof layer, create an efficient thermal insulation and waterproof clothing for the roof, and completely solve the problem of roof waterproofing.
3. Integration of thermal insulation and sound insulation of polyurethane spraying floor slab
Seamless spraying, thermal insulation and sound insulation, weighted impact sound improvement of more than 20db, high compressive strength, no cracking and deformation.
4. Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane door and window curtain wall system:
The latest technology of polyurethane composite materials is applied to doors and windows, which has the characteristics of thermal insulation, light weight and high strength, good fire resistance, durability and no deformation, and the heat transfer coefficient reaches 10w/(m2·k)。
Wanhua Talent Center comprehensively uses four renewable energy technologies to manage key indicators such as operating energy consumption, carbon emission intensity, and indoor comfort in real time through an intelligent monitoring and management platform. The energy consumption of non-renewable energy after the operation of the project is 50 kWh (m2.).a), reduce more than 60% compared with conventional buildings, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 10,000 tons per year, and achieve constant temperature, humidity, constant oxygen, constant clean, and constant clean five constant comfortable living
The interior decoration of Wanhua Talent Center is made of formaldehyde-free wood-based panels, water-based coatings, solvent-free adhesives and other low-carbon and environmentally friendly materials, and abides by the green environmental protection guidelines.
