ChipSourcetek-ry9320 Overview:The ChipSourceTek-RY9320 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switched-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It provides a very compact solution that can deliver 2A of continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. ECOT PSM control operation provides very fast transient response and simple loop design, as well as very tight output regulation. The ChipSourceTek-RY9320 requires a minimum number of easy-to-use external components and is available in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
