Focus on strengthening on-site and vehicle safety management, quickly organize employees to clear snow, and focus on thorough cleaning of escape routes and operating platforms to ensure operational safety during construction.
Fighting the wind and snow to seize oil production
In the face of the adverse effects of severe cold weather on production, the overhaul operation branch has formulated strict winter production measures for overhaul construction in combination with the difficult management of winter overhaul production, and has worked together to strictly abide by the "four red lines" and implement the "eight defenses in winter" to ensure safe, clean, high-quality and efficient production, grasp the construction nodes, and organize the production and operation work in a planned manner under the premise of ensuring safety.
The cadres and employees of the seventh overhaul team carried out salvage operations in the snow of the North 1x1 well, and successfully fished the sand control screen, making a breakthrough in dealing with the complex abandoned well. Stick to the west and test the gas to ensure supply
On December 10, the first heavy snow of the year was ushered in at the Jianan 3h well site in the western exploration area, and the gray and yellow mountains around it were replaced with white "cotton clothes" in half an hour. In order to prevent heavy snow from closing the mountain, the western operation branch of the underground operation company planned in advance and reserved basic materials for 15 days in advance on the site to ensure the living needs of employees. At the same time, the liquid receiving tanker was arranged in advance to expand the on-site tank capacity, which laid a solid foundation for the follow-up return process.
The employees of the gas test team take the snow as an order, strictly implement the winter prevention and insulation measures, avoid the potential safety hazards caused by snowfall and cooling, strengthen the repair and maintenance of key equipment in a targeted manner, and strengthen the investigation and inspection and maintenance of the equipment's ability to withstand the cold. At the same time, corresponding insulation measures are formulated, combined with winter insulation skills training, and carpet inspections are carried out on frozen parts such as pipelines and valves. Check the required materials in a timely manner, reserve necessary emergency rescue equipment and materials, and take all-round precautions to ensure the safe and stable operation of production equipment.
