1. California Institute of Technology.

2. Wellesley College.

4. Amherst College.

Amherst College, ranked No. 2 in the United States, has announced its Class of 2028 Early Application admissions results.

According to the official WeChat information, the deadline for Amherst's regular application is January 3, 2024, and the results of the regular application will be announced in mid-to-late March.

This year, Amherst College received a total of 780 ED applications (734 last year), with an acceptance rate of 25%, which is the same as last year. According to the university, 52 percent (42 percent last year) of new students admitted to ED submitted standardized test scores, while the remaining 48 percent did not submit any SAT or ACT scores. Amherst College will continue to use the test-optional policy.

The new students include 19 (18 last year) international students from 14 countries, including: Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, Ghana, India, Kenya, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Uruguay, Uzbekistan and Zimbabwe.
