The State Administration of Foreign Languages (CIPG), i.e., the China Foreign Languages Publishing and Distribution Bureau, is an international communication agency that undertakes the task of foreign propaganda and promotion, and is a public institution directly under the State Administration of Foreign Languages. Since its establishment more than 70 years ago, CIPG, as the national team of China's international communication industry and the main force of its international publishing and distribution business, has comprehensively publicized China's development and changes to the outside world, actively promoted friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries, and played an important role in telling China's stories and spreading China's voice.
