Recently, I have made several kinds of food, all of which are simple versions, simple and time-saving, simple and not lacking in nutrition.

1. I call it apple pie.

The first step is to peel and slice the apples for later use.

The second step is to take the cornmeal and white flour, add eggs, water, a small amount of cooking oil, and stir into a fine batter.

The third step is to preheat the electric baking pan without brushing the oil, pour the batter into the electric baking pan, and then spread the apple slices on the batter, and bake it on both sides to golden brown and eat, I match it with freshly squeezed soy milk mixed with soybeans, mung beans and red beans, and homemade luncheon meat.

2. I call it baked apple toast.

In the first step, dice the toast bread, peel and dice the apples, and place in a baking bowl.

In the second step, take the eggs, add starch and water, stir them into a fine paste, and pour them into a baking bowl.

In the third step, place the baking bowl in the air fryer and bake until the surface is golden brown.

The finished product has a crispy surface and a fragrant and glutinous inside.

3. I call it roasted durian toast.

In the first step, take a mixture of white flour and cornmeal and cut it into cubes.

The second step is to take the durian and remove the core, and roughly break the durian flesh.

The third step is to take the eggs and starch.

Step 4: Put the above ingredients into a container, add water, stir well, pour into a baking bowl, and put it in an air fryer to bake until the surface is golden brown.

This food is characterized by a crispy surface and a strong durian fragrance inside, with a glutinous taste.

I pair both of these toasts with soy milk or coffee.
