The photovoltaic power generation technology training room mainly serves two majors: electrical engineering and automation, and building electrical and intelligent. The laboratory has 4 sets of photovoltaic modules, 2 sets of inverters, 2 grid-connected boxes, 2 controllers, 2 sets of solar simulation light sources, 1 set of photovoltaic automatic tracking system, and 1 supporting computer. Students can complete experiments and practical training such as photovoltaic cable production, photovoltaic cell array installation, photovoltaic power generation system wiring operation, photovoltaic power generation system design and installation, photovoltaic power generation system testing and maintenance, course design, graduation project and other experiments and practical training in the training room.
The QY-T28 dual-axis sun tracking system consists of three parts: a sunlight tracking sensor, a controller and a transmission actuator.
The sunlight tracking sensor measures the sunlight with high precision throughout the whole process under effective lighting conditions, and converts the sunlight azimuth signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to the tracking controller.
After receiving the signal of the sunlight tracking and positioning sensor, the tracking controller drives the transmission actuator to operate, so that the solar panel is perpendicular to the sunlight.
The mechanical structure design of the transmission actuator can realize the horizontal direction, the pitch angle can be adjusted and fixed, and the maximum wind resistance can reach 10 levels.
