The grid-connected PV inverter is one of the main components of the photovoltaic system, and its main function is to convert the DC inverter of the PV array into alternating current and integrate it into the power grid.
Second, the configuration of the system
The topology of the PV grid-connected inverter ATE test system is shown in the following figure:
ATE systems include analog AC power supplies, PV array IV simulators or PV IV analog DC power cabinets and detection system cabinets, as well as RLC isolation protection devices. The functions of each section are as follows:
1. DC power supply simulates photovoltaic system IV:
Within the operating range of the inverter, the output voltage, current, and power fill the operating range.
It can simulate the volt-ampere performance of different types of solar panels.
Voltammetry curves can be simulated under different lighting conditions and temperatures.
Multimodal occlusion output performance can be simulated.
It can determine the static and dynamic efficiency of the MPPT inverter.
2. Feedback AC analog grid power supply:
It simulates voltage and frequency changes in a real network.
Low voltage and zero voltage pass the test.
Analog harmonics;Four-quadrant (feedback grid) work.
3. Detection system cabinet:
Built-in control system, high-precision power measurement equipment (power analyzer, oscilloscope, recorder, etc.) The performance parameters, protection functions and dynamic characteristics of the inverter under test are determined by the system integration.
The PV test system of ATE inverter can form a test sequence according to the needs of different inverter specifications and different test modules, and save the test report locally for request at any time.
ATE Test System is an open, automated test environment that can meet a variety of testing needs. In addition to the internal standard test items, testers can also modify the internal test tasks or set up new test tasks according to the characteristics of the test objects themselves to meet the test requirements.
