1. Raw grain storage
Inspection

Register for weighing
The weigher needs to weigh according to the quality inspection results, and fill in the standardized rice storage list according to the variety and grade, and indicate the warehouse number and grade, so as to facilitate the storage of the storage keeper in the later stage.
At the end of each day's work, the weigher needs to sort out and report the day's warehousing documents.
Warehouse storage
When unloading, the paddy will be inspected twice to ensure that it matches the information on the warehousing list, and if there is any discrepancy, communicate with the inspector in time to solve it.
When warehousing, it is necessary to ensure that the rice is stored separately according to the warehouse number, variety and grade on the storage list to ensure that there is no mixed loading.
After confirmation, it will be signed and brought back by the seller to calculate the net weight.
After the work is completed, the storage of rice will be sorted out all day long to facilitate reconciliation in the future.
2. Processing
The custodian shall reasonably arrange the amount of rice out of the warehouse according to the specific dosage requirements of rice production. Indicators such as rice rate are calculated, and calculated according to the actual situation of rice.
3. Preserve rice
After the processing is completed, the rice and by-products need to be put into the finished product warehouse in time to ensure that the rice of different varieties and packages is stored separately and registered in the warehouse.
At the end of each day, the custodian should fill in the product and by-product warehousing list in time and report it.
Regularly count the inventory products, fill in the inventory table, and then check it by the statistician.
Fourth, sales
The job of a salesperson
According to customer needs, take the initiative to contact the financial staff, confirm the funds and bottom sales, and issue a product delivery order.
For the outgoing salesperson, the financial staff can issue the outbound order on behalf of the customer, but the salesperson needs to inform the customer in advance.
The job of a warehouse keeper
After receiving the outbound notice, the goods will be shipped as required and signed for confirmation. At the end of each day, fill in the outbound list summary table.
The doorman on duty is also required to check the quantity of the product when it leaves the warehouse and sign for release.
5. The amount of rice per acre of land
One acre of land can usually produce about 700 catties of rice. This is based on the calculation of 1000-1300 catties of rice per mu and the rice yield rate of about 70%. However, the actual yield may be affected by the rice variety, so the specific yield per mu needs to be determined according to the actual situation.
