After receiving the report, the police quickly determined that the suspect Pu had fabricated facts and defrauded tuition fees under the pretext of "opening the back door and opening the channel" to handle enrollment and defraud the tuition fees, based on the clues provided by Mr. Liu and other victimized parents.
