If this transcell load cell is not used, and the cable is directly connected with the cable (soldered termination), special attention should be paid to the load cell sealing and moisture-proof, the insulation resistance should be checked after connection, and the standard needs to be met, if necessary, the transcell load cell should be re-calibrated.
If the signal cable is very long and the measurement accuracy is high, the cable compensation circuit with a medium load cell should be considered.
All Transcell load cells leading to or exiting the display circuit should be shielded with a shielded cable. The connection and grounding point of the shielded wire of the Transcell load cell in the United States should be reasonable. If the transcell load cell is not grounded through the mechanical frame, it is grounded externally, but the shielded wires of the transcell are not grounded after being connected to each other, and they are floating.
Note: There are 3 load cells that are fully connected in parallel, and the load cells themselves are 4-wire system, but they are replaced with 6-wire system in the junction box. If the readout circuit of the output signal of the Transcell load cell should not be guaranteed with the equipment that can produce strong interference, it should be considered to set up a baffle isolation between the Transcell load cells and place a fan in the load cell.
