Case 1: Resident Zhang Moumou reported to the police: he received ** at home, and the other party said that the free time of the "million guarantee" in his WeChat was about to expire, and he would deduct 800 yuan every month if he did not cancel it, and in order to avoid being deducted, he used the "NetEase Meeting" app to talk to the other party according to the instructions of the other party. The other party said that he wanted to transfer the money to the designated account, so that it would not be automatically deducted, and then the money would be returned, guiding him to transfer money to the bank card provided by the other party, and was defrauded of a total of 6,129 yuan.
Case 2: Resident Li Moumou reported to the police that he received a strange ** claiming to be a WeChat million guarantee customer service, and chatted through QQ meeting, saying that the WeChat million guarantee fee could be lifted by transfer, and the transfer amount would be returned, and under the guidance of the other party, he used his bank card account to transfer money to the account provided by the other party, and was defrauded of 163236 yuan in total.

Case 4: Resident Tian reported to the police: he received a strange **, and the other party said that he could help him cancel the handling fee of "million insurance" in the WeChat app account, and then he operated according to the requirements of the other party, carried out "face verification", provided SMS verification code, etc., and then the money in his bank card was transferred, only to find out that he had been defrauded, and a total of 205,300 yuan was defrauded.

WeChat Pay "Million Guarantee" is jointly underwritten by Tenpay and Chinese Property Insurance PICC to ensure the safety of users' funds. This protection is enabled by default, and users can apply for compensation as long as their WeChat Pay account is stolen by others during the use of WeChat Pay, resulting in financial losses, with a maximum annual compensation amount of 1 million yuan.

This guarantee is completely free, and users can check their WeChat Pay "Million Guarantee" in WeChat-Me-Service-Wallet-Consumer Protection-Security. The insurance will not "expire" or "expire", and will not require "payment renewal", let alone affect credit reporting.

Use the screen sharing software of the victim** to trick the victim into transferring money to a "safe account", or steal the victim's bank card number, SMS verification code and other information through "screen sharing", and transfer the funds in the victim's card.
