Whether a unit's atmosphere is good or not depends on the leadership. Over the years, I have experienced two leaders, and I am particularly impressed.

A leader is honest and conscientious. The work is vigorous and resolute, and serious and meticulous, for people who are not serious about their work and make mistakes, they often like to scold their mothers, but they try their best to help the personal affairs of employees, so everyone is still very convinced by him.

Usually appreciate the cadres who are down-to-earth and willing to work, and don't value the cadres who are sloppy and patriotic, and finally the people who like to work hard have also been reused. Therefore, during this leader's tenure, the atmosphere of the unit was very positive, and everyone tried their best to do things, sometimes working overtime, without complaints.

The latter leader is a bit like a politician, he only pays attention to the things that the leader above cares about at work, he looks kind and angry, and he is looking for something to study, and he will consider it next time.

He likes to have people around him all day long, and some cadres who are sloppy and slapstick are often promoted or rated as advanced. Therefore, everyone does not spend their minds on work, but on how to please the leader.

Dramatically, because the previous leader offended the leader above, he was finally transferred to the unit and arranged an idle position;The latter leader was promoted instead.

Whether the atmosphere of the unit is good or not, the key lies in the leadership, and the same is true for others. People like to have a good leader, but they are all seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages, and when the people below can't change the status quo, they can only follow the leader's style to adapt. You don't say that's the truth.
