In the vast universe, China's Beidou satellite navigation system continues to write a glorious chapter. On December 26, the Xichang Satellite Launch Center witnessed a new historical moment - the Long March-3B carrier rocket and the upper stage of the Yuanzheng-1 successfully launched the first Beidou navigation satellite into the predetermined orbit.
These two satellites belong to the Medium Earth Orbit Satellite (MEO satellite), which is the first group of MEO satellites launched after the completion and opening of China's Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system. They are not only new members in space, but also a new symbol of China's independent R&D strength. Compared with the previous MEO networking satellites, these two satellites have achieved a major breakthrough in technology, bringing significant improvements to the global short message communication capacity, spaceborne atomic clock technology, and payload intelligence.
The successful launch is an outstanding achievement of the China Academy of Space Technology and the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, which are affiliated to the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. They have once again proved China's aerospace strength and demonstrated to the world China's firm determination and leading position in the space field.
With the addition of these two new satellites, the reliability and service performance of the Beidou system will be further improved. They will work with satellites already in orbit to provide more accurate and reliable positioning, navigation and timing services to users around the world. This is not only of great significance for the stable operation and large-scale application of the support system, but also lays a solid foundation for the design of the next generation of Beidou satellites.
This feat of killing two birds with one stone is a vivid embodiment of the sustained development of China's aerospace industry. Every time a rocket is lifted off and every satellite is put into orbit, it is an important step for China to become a space power. We are very proud of this achievement and look forward to the future of space exploration.
On the road of exploring the universe, China has never stopped. With the continuous improvement and upgrading of the Beidou system, we believe that China's aerospace industry will create more brilliant achievements and write a more magnificent chapter in the future.
