It is planned to publicly solicit partners in 2024 for online sales of full-platform ticketing general agency underwriting operations (including offline local promotion). Fourth, the content of cooperation.

1) Responsible for the general ticketing underwriting operation of the whole online sales platform: Meituan, Ctrip, Tongcheng, Donkey Mama, Fliggy and other OTA platforms (excluding Damai, Maoyan, Hongyan Cultural Tourism WeChat ticket purchase applet);Short** platform: Douyin (including Hongyanhong's official Douyin account and **operation), Kuaishou, etc.

2) Responsible for the online sales of the whole platform on the Hongyan Red Project ticketing products on the shelf sales management, scoring management, public opinion monitoring, node creative marketing, advertising, Douyin POI operation management (including Hongyan Red Douyin account content operation, talent store exploration, cloud editing, live streaming, information flow delivery, etc.), three-dimensional integrated marketing, cross-industry cooperation (online cross-industry channel laying, offline group customer conversion), line customization and other multi-channel full laying, increase the number of projects and traffic conversion.

3) Responsible for the local push and pull of the surrounding points of the Shaci high-flow scenic spot, the ground push material design, material layout, personnel arrangement, etc., and the on-site transformation of individual tourists to Hongyanhong Immersive Theater to watch the drama.

4) Sales sessions: all external sales sessions of Hongyanhong project.

5. Qualification requirements.

1) Enterprises registered in China and with independent legal personality have the ability to independently bear civil liability, have a valid business license, and have the necessary strength, team and professional and technical ability to perform the project;

2) The enterprise, its legal representative and all shareholders have no criminal record;

3) There is no bad record of serious violations, tax arrears, abnormal business operations and untrustworthiness, and the financial situation is good;

4) There has been no breach of agreement, long-term arrears and legal proceedings and other bad behaviors with Chongyan Revolutionary Historical and Cultural Center (Chongyan Revolutionary History Museum), Chongqing Tourism Investment Group and its subsidiaries.

6. Information requirements.

The documents of this cooperation unit should include but are not limited to the following three aspects:

1) Copies of qualifications and related documents such as qualification business license, legal representative ID card, legal person power of attorney, and ID card of the entrusting person (with fresh seal);

2) Reply letter.

The reply letter agrees to participate in the 2024 online sales of the whole platform ticket general agent underwriting operation (including offline local promotion) cooperation (see Appendix 1 for details).

3) Cooperation plan.

The unit needs to provide the annual cooperation plan of the project and other materials to prove the experience and strength, such as team strength, successful cooperation cases, etc.

9. Application of scoring results.

Hongyan Cultural Tourism Company will first negotiate the contract with the unit ranked first in the comprehensive score in accordance with the ranking order, and all participating cooperation units shall be responsible for the authenticity of their qualification review materials, and if false information is found during the negotiation, their cooperation qualifications will be cancelled, and then they will negotiate with the second unit in the comprehensive score (and so on) in turn.
