b.It should be refueled on time and maintained regularly. Remove oil, grease and debris from the bearing body. Unscheduled lubrication and maintenance may lead to poor performance of the bearing, reducing its service life.
c.During the operation of the slurry pump, the vibration should be reduced to prevent the loosening of various components, so as not to accidentally reduce the service life.
d The above problems should be paid attention to in the process of use, but the most fundamental thing is that the slurry pump manufacturer should strictly follow the technical standards for the installation of bearing components during assembly to ensure the initial quality and performance of bearing components.
