According to the report, most of the new ranks in this round of reform are twice the current ranks, for example, P6 now corresponds to 12 grades, and P7 corresponds to 14 grades. Only a small number of employees with long tenure and excellent performance can reach the rank (*2+1).

This rank reform has actually been reflected in Taotian Group, a subsidiary of Alibaba Group.
