Brief introduction of calligraphers and painters

Wang Wei is an independent art creator. She is now a member of the Chinese Gongbi Painting Society and the Chinese Women Painters Association. He is a member of Anhui Artists Association, a member of Anhui Women's Painting Association, and a member of Hefei Women's Painting Association.

He has successively studied at the Gongbi Painting Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Arts, the Wang Renhua Advanced Research Class of the Anhui Provincial Academy of Painting, the Wang Champion Studio of the Beijing Academy of Fine Arts, and the Studio of the Muragang Guimei Male Tutor. His works have been selected for several times in the China Artists Association and provincial art exhibitions and won awards.

Creative Concept

I have always been accompanied by cats, they are a member of my family, each cat is a unique elf, with their unique temperament, or noble or cute, or cold or gentle, or mighty or lazy, no matter how complicated the outside world is, staying around the cat The world can become beautiful and gentle.

It's not so much that I draw cats, but that cats give me more creative inspiration. When I spend time with them and observe them, different images come to my mind. In my cat series, there is no single painting technique to express the same. I use hemp paper, rice paper, silk and various pigments to present the unique temperament of each cat that I feel and capture, which originates from tradition and belongs to contemporary art.

I hope that these works that move me will also resonate with the viewers.
