According to the report, thanks to the improvement of China's Internet infrastructure, the continuous decline in mobile Internet equipment** and data tariffs, and the rapid development of various Internet services, the threshold for minors to access the Internet has been significantly lowered. The Internet access rate of primary and secondary schools (including teaching sites) across the country has reached 100%, and the improvement of the level of school informatization has also laid the foundation for minors to learn to use the Internet.
The report points out that the use of the Internet by minors in China is at a young age, and the proportion of preschool users continues to increase. Generation Z is known as the "natives" of the Internet age, while with the development of artificial intelligence, Generation A (the population group born after 2010) has been exposed to the Internet earlier and has a higher degree of digitalization in their lives.
