Forklift operating procedures
1. Purpose. The purpose of this regulation is to standardize the operation of forklifts, ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, and ensure the personal safety of staff and equipment.

3. Operating procedures.
Forklift pre-drive inspection.
Before driving a forklift, the following checks must be carried out:

2) Check whether the forklift turn signal, brake light, reversing buzzer and other equipment are working normally;
3) Check whether the forklift forks, fork frames, oil cylinders and other components are intact;
4) Check whether the hydraulic system of the forklift is normal, and whether the oil pipe, oil cylinder, oil pump and other components are intact.
Forklift driving operation.
When driving a forklift, the following regulations must be observed:
1) The driver must hold a valid forklift driver's license, and it is strictly forbidden to drive without a license
2) The driver must wear a safety helmet, work clothes and other protective equipment;
3) Drivers must obey traffic rules and are strictly forbidden to drink and drive
4) The driver must drive at the specified speed, and it is strictly forbidden to drive over the speed limit
5) The driver must drive according to the prescribed route, and it is strictly forbidden to change lanes and make a U-turn at will

Forklift loading and unloading operations.
When loading and unloading goods, the following regulations must be observed:
1) The goods must be placed on the specified cargo pallet, and it is strictly forbidden to place the goods directly on the ground or uneven pallets;
2) The height of the goods shall not exceed the maximum load height of the forklift;
3) During the loading and unloading process, the driver must be vigilant, and it is strictly forbidden to place the goods above the personnel or near flammable and explosive materials;
4) In the process of loading and unloading, the driver must comply with the company's safety regulations, and it is strictly forbidden to carry out loading and unloading operations in dangerous areas.
Forklift parking operation.
When parking a forklift, the following regulations must be observed:
1) The parking position must be a flat and spacious area, and it is strictly forbidden to park on a slope or uneven ground
2) When parking, the engine must be turned off and the handbrake must be pulled to ensure the stability of the vehicle
3) Doors and windows must be closed when parking to prevent rainwater from entering;
4) When parking, the fork must be lowered to the lowest position to prevent the fork from colliding with the ground or other objects.
