From December 18th to 20th, the "2023 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ski Social Sports Instructor Vocational Skills Challenge" was held in full swing at Beijing Jundu Mountain Ski Resort. 15 teams from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and 60 outstanding ski social sports instructors competed on the same stage, showing their professional demeanor. The competition was hosted by the Beijing Sports Professionals Management Center and received support from many parties. The competition set up two major events: individual competition and team competition, and participants need to show their job knowledge, gliding skills and teaching and guidance ability in the competition, and pay attention to the importance of safety and rescue. The purpose of this competition is to improve the professional skills of sports instructors in the ski society, promote the healthy development of the ski industry, and further enhance the influence of ski instructors in promoting ice and snow sports.
The importance of ski social sports instructorsSki social sports instructors are indispensable human resources in the development of ice and snow sports. To this end, the Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau attaches great importance to the training and team building of ski social sports instructors, constantly improves the training mechanism of professional skills in the sports industry, and is committed to improving the professional skill level of ski social sports instructors. Since 2017, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ski Instructor Vocational Skills Challenge has been successfully held for three times and has become one of the important events in the Winter Olympics era. This competition is the first cross-provincial and municipal-level ski instructor professional skills competition, which further promotes the cultivation and development of high-quality sports skills in the field of skiing, and contributes to the development of ice and snow sports in the post-Winter Olympics era.
