Lao Tzu used concise words to describe the metaphysical "Dao", used "Valley" to symbolize the void of the "Dao" body, and used "God" to metaphorize the "Dao" to give birth to all things. He believes that the Tao governs the development and change of all things in infinite space, and is a unity with a certain material regularityThe "Tao" is empty and deep, corresponding to infinity, never drying up, never stopping running. This force that governs the development and change of all things is the law of the unity of opposites. "The god of grains is immortal", which reflects the eternity of the "Tao", that is, the eternal "Tao".
The "Gate of the Xuan" is the place where everything is generated, and its role is very great. "The Gate of Xuanqi" and "The Root of Heaven and Earth" are all used to explain that "Tao" is the origin of all things in heaven and earth. Lao Tzu described the mysterious and inexplicable "Dao" as the official of the maternal animal, and very aptly described the characteristics of the omnipotent "Dao" that gives birth to all things. Lao Tzu's unusual way of describing and understanding the Tao stems from his unwillingness to define the Tao within a certain category of understanding. This is because the "Tao" he is concerned with is a unified relationship of interconnection, mutual restriction, mutual influence, and interaction between the universes, rather than the definition or division of a certain part or a certain nature.
In terms of understanding the maternal body, Freud, a master of psychology, once said: "The womb is the first house, and human beings still cherish it because it is safe and comfortable." ”
The most primitive nature of human beings is expressed in attachment to the mother, and this nature is tortuously manifested in dependence on nature, seeking to become one with nature. Our nostalgia for nature and our yearning for an idyllic life today are just like a child's attachment to a gentle mother. The hustle and bustle of cities, excessive industrial pollution, demographic imbalance, fast-paced life, and tense and complex human relations have put people's spirits under heavy pressure. By planting trees, purifying the air and water quality of rivers and oceans, and protecting endangered species of wildlife, we are saving the natural environment on which we dependWhen we study the relationship between man and nature, we are also hoping to regain a lost dream.
Therefore, to go back and understand the wise, broad and profound philosophical meaning that Lao Tzu gave to the "Tao" should have a strong enlightening significance for the sustained and coordinated development of today's social civilization.
Kawagon Gong: Valley, raise also. If a person can nourish his gods, he will not die. God is also the god of the five internal organs. The liver hides the soul, the lungs hide the soul, the heart hides the spirit, the kidneys hide the essence, and the spleen hides the will. If the five organs are all injured, the five gods will go.
Wang Bi: The door, the reason for the mystery. This is the same as the pole, so it is called the root of heaven and earth. Want to say evil?It is not visible;Want to talk about the evil? All things are born from it, so it lasts as if it exists. Nothing can be done, and it is not hard to use, so it is said to be used without diligence.
Zhu Yuanzhang: Wang Youdao is immortal, and his surname is Xian'an. He also thinks that he is heaven and earth, and his qi is not delusional, and it is always in the middle, which is the root of heaven and earth. If there is nourishment, it will be endless, and it will always be used reasonably, and there will be no lack of it.
