Catering enterprises should strengthen the supervision of food processing links to ensure that food is not contaminated during processing. In addition, catering enterprises should also strengthen the training of employees, improve the attention of employees to food safety, and avoid food safety problems caused by improper operation of employees.

Article 3 Food production and operation enterprises shall establish and improve the food safety management system, implement the food safety responsibility system, and allocate food safety management personnel such as food safety directors and food safety officers who are suitable for the scale of the enterprise, food category, risk level, management level, safety status, etc., and clarify the job responsibilities of the main person in charge of the enterprise, food safety director, food safety officer, etc.

The main person in charge of the enterprise shall be fully responsible for the food safety work of the enterprise, and establish and implement a long-term mechanism for the main responsibility of food safety. The food safety director and food safety officer shall assist the main person in charge of the enterprise to do a good job in food safety management in accordance with their job responsibilities.

Food enterprises must establish a sense of quality and safety, strictly abide by the national safety production standards and regulations, conduct training and education for all employees, and continuously improve the degree of standardization of operations.
