Adhering to the development mission of green technology and a better life, Jinmao Green Construction has tailored a green and low-carbon regional energy plan for Changsha Meixi Lake International New Town, and created a comprehensive smart energy demonstration project - Changsha Meixi Lake International New Town Energy Center through the coupling application of multiple clean energy technologies such as combined cooling, heating and power, sewage source heat pumps, chillers, and gas boilers. Covering an area of 28,000 acres and a construction area of 23 million, the area has become the most dynamic new urban center in Changsha. The project adopts the combined supply of sewage sources, and improves the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency through centralized cooling and heating, heat and other processesIntroduce smart energy management system and unattended computer room;Water-saving equipment is selected to minimize water loss, and the water intake, wastewater volume and water reuse rate have reached the leading level in the same industry in China. The project won the first batch of three-star green building design label certification in Hunan Province in 2021, and has good energy conservation and environmental protection benefits, which can save 7,514 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 19,687 tons, reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 90 tons, and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by 83 tons per year, which is equivalent to planting 1.05 million trees. Up to now, the overall construction and commissioning of the first phase of the project have been completed, and the official energy supply will be realized in 2022.
In addition to building a multi-energy complementary energy supply system according to local conditions, Jinmao Green Building is also good at turning waste into treasure and leading a new trend of energy conservation and emission reduction. For example, Jinmao Green Construction is a tailor-made green regional center for Wuhan Hanyang Sixin Eco-City, Wuhan Sixin Fangdao Energy Station. As the first regional energy center in Wuhan with sewage source heat pump as the main technical form, the project has a use rate of more than 80% of the city's primary sewage. Through the efficient use of sewage and waste heat resources, the project provides 24-hour central cooling and heating services for users of about 1.3 million square meters of residential, office, commercial and other different formats in Wuhan Hanyang Sixin Eco-City. After the project is put into production, it is expected to save 6,367 tons of standard coal, 15,678 tons of carbon dioxide, 105 tons of sulfur dioxide and 99 tons of nitrogen oxides every year, laying a solid foundation for the construction of Hanyang's green urban area and building a resource-saving, environment-friendly and low-carbon ecological demonstration zone.
In addition to actively deploying regional energy centers, Jinmao Green Building is also actively promoting the replication and application of the coupling mode of "energy station and data center", which has been implemented in some regions. From integrated energy services to green cloud computing centers, from smart energy to smart cities, Jinmao Green Building has always strived to implement the dual carbon strategy and explore a new model of better urban life.
