220V water pump float wiring method
1. Preparations.
Before proceeding with the 220v water pump float wiring method, make sure that you have understood the basics of electricity and that you have prepared the necessary tools and materials.
2. Check the equipment.
Before you start wiring, please check that the 220v water pump float switch is intact and free of any breakage or defects. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the control line is unblocked, whether there is a short circuit or open circuit, etc.
3. Prepare materials.
Before proceeding with the wiring, please prepare the following materials:
1.A float switch for 220V water pump;
2.One power cord (length according to actual needs);
3.Contactor a;
4.Air switch one;
5.A number of wires (depending on actual needs);
6.There are several terminal blocks (according to actual needs).
Fourth, wiring steps.
1.Connect one end of the power cord to the power connector of the 220v water pump float switch and the other end to the power outlet.
2.Connect the output of the float switch of the water pump to the input of the contactor, and the output of the contactor to the input of the air switch.
3.Connect the output of the air switch to the power connector of the water pump.
4.Connect the water level detection end of the float switch of the pump to the float switch interface of the pump with a wire.
5.Connect the power control end of the pump to the control interface of the contactor with a wire.
6.Turn on the power supply, turn the manual switch of the air switch to the "on" position, and after the power is turned on, the water pump starts to work. At this time, you can use a multimeter to detect whether the output signal of the float switch of the pump is normal. If it is normal, then the wiring has been completed.
7.If the output signal is not normal, check that the contactor, air switch, and water pump are working properly and that the wiring is correct. If the problem persists, contact a professional electrician for repairs.
5. Precautions.
1.During the wiring process, be sure to cut off the power supply to avoid accidents.
2.Please use the correct tools and materials for wiring, and do not use unsuitable tools or materials to avoid damage or danger.
3.Before turning on the power supply, be sure to check that the wiring is correct to avoid faults such as short circuits or open circuits.
4.Before using the water pump, check that the water pump has been properly installed and debugged to ensure that it is operating properly.
