The results of a poll conducted by the "Democratic Initiative" show that Ukrainians are worthy of being descendants of the Cossacks and are quite tenaciously optimistic.

The belief in victory continues to unite the vast majority of Ukrainians (88%), and 63% of them clearly believe in victory, which is where the confidence of Ukraine to continue to fight.

Only 5% of respondents were skeptical about victory. At the same time, there is a slight change in the proportion between those who believe in victory unconditionally (from 78% to 63%) and those who believe in victory compared to December 2022 (15% in December 2022 and now 25%)

The overwhelming majority of the inhabitants of all regions are convinced that Ukraine will win, but in the south there are slightly more skeptics (10%) compared to other regions.

"If you ask Ukrainians what they want in the war, saving their own citizens, bringing justice to Russia, and punishing war crimes are of the most concern," the sociologist noted.
