Lao Zhan takes a class in the Chinese Normal classroom

Text |Zhan Runyan (WeChat*** Lao Zhan rambling).

When I was learning the content of "pre-education" with students at South China Normal University, and when I was conducting some real-life educational phenomena with students, three sentences suddenly "broke into" my mind and caused me to think about it.

One

Give children more real freedom, give them less to develop the idea of controlling others, let them do more on their own, and ask others to do things for them. ”

Rousseau. Many times, we think that children are too young to understand anything.

So, some parents began to help him do everything from the beginning of the child's croaking to the ground, and when the child grew up, suddenly one day, he suddenly found that his child did not even have the most basic survival ability. For example, parents are afraid of delaying their children's learning and Xi, so from childhood to adulthood, parents cook for children, parents are not at home, parents are afraid that children will not cook hungry, so they take some money to let them go out to eat, sometimes afraid that they will not eat nutritious, and will give a little more money. One day later, I found out that this child was also a parent, but he couldn't ...... a decent dish

This reminds me of Rousseau's ideas on education. One of the most basic ideas in Rousseau's system of educational theory is to treat children as children. At the same time, he believes that education should be suitable for the development of children's nature and maintain children's nature. I agree with that.

I think that every child has their own little talent, and every time parents help them "do" something, in fact, they do not give them the opportunity to give full play to their talents, sometimes it seems to "love" them, but often "stifles" their nature.

So when are you going to help these children?I think it's important to let them try everything a little bit more, and let them use their wisdom and physical strength. When we carefully observed that they did encounter some difficult problems, we guided and enlightened them a little bit. If you find that they really can't finish it, work with him to solve the problem.

II

The primary goal of education is to develop people who are capable of innovation, not just to repeat what their predecessors did. —Piaget.

Each of us is born with a certain amount of creativity. For example, when we are born, we don't know how to express that we are hungry to the people around us, so we instinctively create a sound – crying, and later, we have a body symbol – biting our fingers.

When a child learns to speak when they are about 2 years old, you will find that there are some things that you have never taught them, but suddenly one day they will come up with a sentence that will surprise you.

I remember when my daughter was 2 years old and 1 month, one day I came back from class and found a stool with "four feet facing the sky" on the ground, so I asked her, "Baby, who put the stool like this?"Can you help Daddy put it away? The little girl glanced at me and said unhurriedly, "That's, that's where grandpa wants to sit." "That is, I didn't want to do it, so I made an excuse that my grandfather was going to sit and I didn't need to do it. At that moment, her grandmother and I were stunned, we didn't expect this guy to react so quickly.

Therefore, I have always believed that everyone is born with creativity, but as people grow up, creativity will be dispersed to different specialty development areas, and finally everyone's creativity will be different.

From this we can see that Piaget said: "The primary goal of education is to produce people who are capable of innovation, and not just to repeat what their predecessors have done." This sentence, no matter what the era, it will never be outdated.

Education can summarize the experience of our ancestors, and it can also pass on the experience of the previous generation and ours, but, in the end, it comes down to itEducation is creating the future of humanity. So, what kind of people will be needed in the future?Just go and teach the generations how the previous generation lived?Apparently not, that's animal instinct!

Humans, as high-IQ advanced animals, it is all too important to nurture the creativity of future people.

My further understanding is:Copying, is conservative status quo;Creation is to change the status quo, and even to create the future!

III

Teaching should not be based on yesterday's development, but on tomorrow's development" - Vygotsky.

I believe that everyone who has studied pedagogy knows Vygotsky. He came up with a very famous concept – the Nearest Development Zone. The "zone of proximal development" refers to the fact that there are two stages of a child's development, one is the child's current level of development, and the next is the level that the child can only complete with the help of **. Between these two stages is the child's zone of immediate development.

This tells us that every child grows up with an interval that can gradually reach the "ideal state" through education, and how well this range is realized depends on the education of parents and teachers.

Parents and teachers should not only understand the current situation of children, but also judge the dynamics and trends of children's development, and then guide them to dare to face reality and help them meet challenges, so as to stimulate their thinking, creativity and willpower, and experience the happiness obtained by the sense of achievement beyond themselves.

** I also said: "Education should be oriented to the world, to modernization, and to the future." "As I mentioned earlier, education is about creating the future of humanity.

So,In the education of children, I think we should not always use the "formula" of the older generation to live, study, Xi, and work in the past to apply to the "equation" of modern life, which often leads to the lack of solution to this equation.

We should use the "flat mirror" of real life to tell them what it is, and then use the "telescope" to tell them what they can do in the future. Don't use the old traditional education to tell them why they were in the past with the "microscope" of history. Because that is very likely to make our children or the world of history, and the real world is so big, how can they jump out of the boundaries of history to find a route to the future.

The above is just a personal standing on the shoulders of these three giants, through a sentence from each of them, to talk about my personal experience, I hope to have a little reference value on the road of your godson.
