MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) is a wastewater treatment technology that combines microporous membrane filtration technology and bioreactor. According to the different materials and structures of microporous membranes, MBR membranes can be divided into the following categories:

1.PVDF film: polyvinylidene fluoride film, which has good pollution resistance and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for the treatment of high concentration of organic matter and particulate matter.

2.PES film: polyethersulfone film, good aging resistance, suitable for long-term operation of industrial wastewater treatment.

3.PP film: polypropylene film, low cost, suitable for large-scale municipal wastewater treatment.

4.MBR Flat Sheet Membrane: Flat plate membrane element, suitable for places with small wastewater treatment capacity.

5.MBR hollow fiber membrane: hollow fiber membrane element, suitable for places with large wastewater treatment capacity.

MBR membranes are widely used in various fields, including municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, seawater desalination, rural domestic sewage treatment, etc. Especially in municipal wastewater treatment, MBR membrane technology has become an important treatment method. Compared with the traditional sewage treatment process, MBR membrane technology has the advantages of high effluent quality, good stability and small footprint. At the same time, MBR membrane technology can also realize the reuse of wastewater, so as to achieve the purpose of resource optimization and conservation.
