Returning to this question, the results of the blind competition are as follows:

1. Money, registration fees, round-trip expenses, eating, drinking, accommodation, etc., are not a small expense. In 2019, I didn't save any money, so I spent most of my time traveling in the name of running, just to have a good time.

2. Traveling is more tiring than running. In some races, you have to constantly change trains and lug heavy suitcases, which makes people tired enough.

3. Continuous back-to-back, consuming people's yang energy, is people getting old. The competition was cool for a while, but it turned out to be a dog!At the beginning, it was just a play mentality, and I stopped after running, but I couldn't help it, and on the weekend, I still appeared at the scene of the collar, met many acquaintances, and was extremely excited, but when it came to the game, I couldn't run.

4. There are too many games!The work is not enough. For a while, the entire gym emitted a pungent smell of oil, all thanks to the fragile little feet of the main palace. My whole body is sore, how can I have the energy to work and move bricks?Most of the time is grinding foreign workers and messing around, so work first, running second, and never put the cart before the horse.

All in all, there are a lot of games, and there are still a lot of sequelae, so let's take it easy. Just run properly as a way to relax and decompress!For young people, running too much affects the physical state on the one hand, the key is to spend money, affect work, think about marathons every day, and even go to work is to brush the road to run the live broadcast of the event, what else do you want to go to work?Be sure to set the right mindset and exercise restraint: if you don't make a living from it, there is no point in running a marathon blindly!In the end, the bamboo basket fetched water, and it was empty: the money was gone, the work was over, and the body was gone!While you are young, you can also focus on your career and take care of your family, running is just a small part of life, you have time to persevere, and you just need to be born in sweat!

For the 2024 season, my advice is as follows:

1. Do subtraction, run less, run slower, enjoy the process, and be happy.

2. Quality, not quantity. Instead of blindly participating in 20 races, it is better to run 4 races delicately and efficiently, which is not only healthy but also successful PB, and enjoy it, why not.

3. Pay attention to the feedback of the body, the body is not good!Be sure to press the pause button!Blindly holding on is a point of no return.

4. If you run too much, your body will react, and then your heart will resist and you will be tired of running. At this time, we must learn to adjust, combine running and rest, interspersed with aerobic jogging adjustment.

5. Try cross sports, cycling, swimming, cycling, climbing and skipping rope, etc., and change the track to see the scenery, which is also a good choice.

6. When you can't run, run slowly and look at the scenery. It's not every game that you have to give it your all.

7. Reasonably distribute physical fitness according to the track, weather, and personal state, and if one of the three is missing, they can only finish the race steadily and healthily. Good results require the right time, place, and people!You can meet but you can't ask for it.
