Fujitsu announced on December 12 that it will use 684.9 billion yen (about 4.7 billion U.S. dollars) to transfer Shinko Electric Industry ** to Japan** to support the investment company - Industrial Innovation Investment Agency (JIC), which includes Dainippon Printing and Mitsui Chemicals.
The consortium led by JIC is in advanced discussions about Fujitsu's 50% stake in Shin Kong Electric and plans to make an offer for the remaining shares and delist the company.
