1.Rinse hot water for five minutes before bedtime and apply to the shoulders and neck
Temperature can relax muscles, from ancient times to the present, soaking in hot water is considered to be a good way to improve muscle soreness, but modern people are busy, and the amount of water discharge is large, in fact, you can take a good bath, spend five more minutes, with a slightly warmer shower head to flush the shoulders and neck, it is best to take a small bench, sit comfortably in the bathroom to let the body rush to warm (sitting can avoid standing for a long time or slippery problems), in this way, the muscles are softer, the quality of sleep will be greatly improved, and it can also improve the stiff neck problem caused by muscle tightness。
Dry your body as soon as possible after washing, blow dry your hair, and wear warm clothes to keep your body warm.
2.Indoor humidity is maintained at 50% to 60%.
When the humidity is high, the body surface feedback makes the body feel cooler than it actually is, and reflexively causes the muscles to contract to produce heat to maintain body temperature. Therefore, it is recommended that the humidity at home continue to be maintained at about 50%, even if the temperature is low, it does not feel so cold, and there will be a sense of dryness, sometimes it is more comfortable than turning on the heating temperature unevenly, and it will not feel musty and heavy when covering the quilt.
3.Head and neck warmth should be strengthened
If you don't use a bedside table to sleep in the bed, even if the indoor heating or dehumidification is turned on, you will still feel that there is a gust of cold air on the wall, wearing a nightcap can keep the scalp from direct contact with cold air and maintain a constant temperature.
4.Underwear and sanitary clothes are placed under the covers and slept together
The most painful thing in winter is to leave the warm quilt when you get up in the morning, and you have to put on cold clothes, you might as well put the underwear or sanitary clothes and pants that are not afraid of wrinkles in the quilt to sleep together, and when you wake up, put on the underwear in the quilt first, and then get up and wear outer clothes, the temperature difference is less. 5.Lie in bed for five minutes before getting up
