Failure analysis: The reasons for the low oil pressure indication generally include insufficient oil volume, low oil viscosity, poor oil pump performance or air leakage in the oil inlet pipe. High oil pressure will also lead to alarms, so it is necessary to check whether the end clearance of the gear of the oil pump meets the requirements and whether the pressure limiting valve is stuck.
Solution: First check whether the oil volume is sufficient, if it is insufficient, you need to add oil;If the oil supply is sufficient, check whether the oil pump and pressure limiting valve are working properlyIf the performance of the oil pump is degraded or the inlet pipe is leaking, the oil pump needs to be replaced or the inlet pipe needs to be repaired.

Failure analysis: The large oil consumption may be caused by serious wear of the piston ring and cylinder liner, improper wear and fit of the valve stem and valve guide, and air leakage of the piston cylinder liner.
