The production of rare earth butadiene rubber is the longest continuous production time and the largest output among the previous rare earth butadiene rubber production of Dushanzi Petrochemical, with a total of 45 days of production.
Rare earth butadiene rubber is a kind of butadiene rubber prepared by the catalytic system with rare earth metal neodymium as the main body, and the tires made of this rubber can effectively improve the quality and performance of tires, and are better than traditional butadiene rubber in terms of tear strength, heat hysteresis loss and abrasion compared with traditional titanium, cobalt and nickel butadiene rubber.

The rubber department uses HAZOP analysis to optimize the automatic feeding program, reduce the number of employee operations, improve the stability of the feeding cycle, and reduce potential safety hazards.
In July this year, the functionalized styrene-butadiene rubber project of Dushanzi Petrochemical's annual key quality and efficiency improvement project was successfully started, becoming the only enterprise in China that can continuously and stably produce double-ended functionalized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) products, and achieving a new breakthrough in the field of high-performance rubber materials in China.
