The mineral sand cleaned by the sand washing machine enters the scrubbing machine, and the quartz sand in the scrubbing machine rubs against each other through stirring, and the soil contained in the quartz sand is further cleaned to obtain clean washed ore. The sand washing wastewater enters the sedimentation tank for precipitation, the clarified water enters the clear water tank and circulates in the sand washing process, and the sediment is filtered into mud cake by the filter press.
After sediment separation, the raw material is processed by rod grinding with part of the water to make semi-finished quartz sand.
The semi-finished quartz sand is graded by the grading tower, and the classification is 24-140 mesh of standard quartz sand, and the unqualified ones continue to return to the rod grinding process.
Quartz sand and fine sand particles with qualified particle size are further removed by combined magnetic separation equipment to contain magnetic minerals such as iron.
Turn on the electric heating device with acid solution heating standby, and send the material to the pickling reaction tank through the elevator. The prepared acid solution is pumped into the pickling reaction tank through the acid pump, and the pickling time into the material is about 1 hour, and the acid cycle is started. The acid reaction temperature is controlled to 60 75 (automatic constant temperature), the air compressor is turned on, so that the material rolls in the reaction tank to achieve the purpose of uniform acid of the material, the pickling time of the material is 4 8 hours (depending on the requirements of the material and the product), the acid is pumped to the circulating tank for temporary storage after pickling, and the acid is recycled, and the acid screen is equipped in the pickling reaction tank to achieve the purpose of acid sand separation, and the number of screens is selected according to the particle size of the material requirements. In the pickling reaction tank, clean water is first injected for cleaning, and after cleaning, the clean water is pumped to the neutralization pool with a water pump, and then the alkaline water is injected for deacidification, and after cleaning, the alkaline water is pumped to the neutralization pool with a water pump, and finally the water is injected for washing. All the deacidification cleaning wastewater generated in the process of deacidification cleaning is transported by the pump to the neutralization tank (purification tank), dry lime and sodium hydroxide are added to adjust the pH to 6 9, and then enter the dense tank to add fluoride ions, oxalate ions and calcium ions in the PAM cleaning water to react with calcium ions to form a fine precipitate insoluble in water. The deacidification cleaning wastewater enters the reverse osmosis system after neutralization and precipitation, and is recycled after treatment.
After the deacidification and cleaning is completed, all the quartz sand in the pickling reaction tank will be transferred to the sand filter, and the dewatering screen will be used for dehydration, and the moisture content will be transported to the storage until the moisture content is about 13%, and the moisture content will be about 5% after 2 days of natural drying.
After the above processing process, the high-purity quartz sand can be packaged and sold according to the needs of customers. It should be noted that the quartz sand after storage should avoid contamination to ensure its purity and quality.
