3) Angle detection. Measuring the angle composed of any two straight lines or two planes is called angle measurement, and the commonly used angle standard has multi-faceted prisms and dials, and the detection meter has angle blocks, goniometers, etc.
4) Straightness detection. Straightness is very important for geometric detection, because any geometric detection must have a detection base surface (or point, line), the distance from the base surface (point line) to the other side (point line) is measured, the straightness of the base surface directly affects the measurement accuracy, and the commonly used measuring instruments for straightness detection include knife edge ruler, level, autocollimator, flat product, plane interferometer, etc.
5) Surface roughness detection. Roughness refers to the depth of the shape of the machining marks left on the surface of the part after machining. Instruments used to detect roughness include light cutting microscopes, interference microscopes, and profilometers.
6) Precision testing. The precision test of various mechanical geometric quantities is an important part of geometric quantity detection, due to the measured parameters, the technology is complex, and it is called a comprehensive geometric quantity detection, which accounts for a large proportion in the factory measurement room, such as gears to detect tooth pitch, base section, tooth thickness, tooth shape and other parameters.
