On the afternoon of December 19, 2023, the "One Network Excellent Service" online neighborhood center operation training was carried out in the My Jia Neighborhood Center of Taoyuan Community, Jiading District, Shanghai, and two vivid courses were given to the staff of each neighborhood center on the theme of system platform operation guidelines and platform content optimization and standardized guidance. The participants said that through this course, they have improved their proficiency in the operation of the system platform, and also given standardized guidance for the improvement of content quality, and believe that they can continue to make progress in the future work and provide more convenient services for the people.
In the training, Mr. Cao, the operator of the "One Network Excellent Service" project, first explained the operation guidelines of the next "One Network Excellent Service" online platform for the person in charge of each point, and gave detailed work tips in combination with the recent adjustment of the platform, including activity and service upload, activity menu, style display, I Jia**, homepage carousel, my restaurant and other columns, so as to promote the rich content of each neighborhood center. After the break, Mr. Cao, the operator, explained in detail how to optimize the content of the platform, including uploading content, format specifications, title and copywriting beautification, and red line list tips.
