The equipment can weld through titanium alloy 16mm, stainless steel (nickel-based alloy), 12mm carbon steel, and 8mm carbon steel at one time. If the thickness can be welded more than once, the groove can be opened, and the large blunt edge can be bottomed;
Dramatically reduce consumables costs and improve efficiency
1) 3-16mm metal medium and heavy plate, no groove, no need to fill the wire or a small amount of wire filling, one-time melting base metal welding, single-sided welding and double-sided forming.
2) Metal medium and heavy plate within 40mm, you can leave Y-type (U-type, X-type, semi-V-type, K-type) groove, large blunt edge bottom welding, greatly saving welding consumables and shielding gas;
3) The cooling effect of the welding torch is good, and the tungsten electrode loss is small, taking 8mm stainless steel as an example, a diameter of 64mm, 150mm length tungsten pole can weld 1500 meters of welds;
4) Due to the fast welding speed, the time required for gas protection is greatly shortened, thus saving a lot of shielding gas consumption;
5) Except for tungsten electrode, there are no vulnerable and consumable parts in the whole set of welding equipment.
Low maintenance costs
1) The K-TIG welding machine is similar to the traditional argon arc welding machine, and the whole set of equipment can operate stably for a long time in a normal environment without any maintenance
