On December 26, the Yinhe Community Neighborhood Committee of Qingyang Street, Fushan District and Yantai Jinxiu Property Management sent a pennant printed with "Caring for residents to do practical things, enthusiastic service and warming people's hearts" to the Fushan District Housing Security and Real Estate Trading Center, expressing the residents' gratitude to the renovation of the old community.
The Yinhe Community Renovation Project in Qingyang Street, Fushan District, involves 44 buildings and 1,530 households in 4 communities. The renovation is about 150,000 square meters of interior and exterior wall painting, about 3,000 meters of rain and sewage pipe installation, 150 concrete sewage wells, about 25,000 square meters of pavement hardening, and about 9,000 square meters of pavement brick paving.
In the next step, Fushan District will do a good job in finishing the renovation of the communities in 2023, and "look back" at the 89 communities renovated in 2021 and 2022, step up rectification of the imperfect transformation, effectively improve the living environment of the people in the old communities, and continuously improve the sense of gain and happiness of residents.
