At 10 o'clock in the evening of November 26, the concrete pouring of the first structural slab of the elevated layer of the Songjiang hub station building was completed, marking that the construction of the elevated layer of the Songjiang hub has entered the substantive construction stage, and the construction of the project has been transferred from the construction of the rail-bearing layer in front of the station to the construction of the main structure of the station building, laying a good foundation for the opening of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake Railway and the opening of the hub passenger station next year.
The elevated level is located directly above the rail-bearing layer, with a maximum zone of about 204 meters long from east to west and 135 meters wide from north to south. In order to improve the construction efficiency and ensure the quality and progress of the project, the Shanghai Hub Headquarters of Songjiang Hub Construction Management Unit organized the design, supervision, construction and other participating units to plan in advance, repeatedly demonstrate, carry out special training and technical disclosure for many times, and innovatively adopt the "jumping method" construction, and construct the ultra-long concrete structure in accordance with the principle of "block planning, partition construction, layered pouring, and overall molding", which is divided into 16 blocks, and clarifies the warehouse grid division form of each part. And according to the construction partition to determine the construction sequence, interval one grid pouring one grid, greatly saving the construction period.
According to reports, the first warehouse block number of the pouring construction is A1-2, with an area of about 1,936 square meters and a concrete volume of about 1,458 cubic meters. Construction of the remaining silos is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
