In order to reach the realm of "Qi Wu" in Zhuangzi's book on Homogeneity, three attitudes need to be adopted, namely "Yiming", "Two Lines" and "Baoguang".
1. "Yiming".
It is like having a light in the heart to see all aspects of things, not to show one side in particular, not to deliberately ignore the other side, but to look at things holistically and in the long term with a quiet and empty mind
2. "Two lines".
It's like having a balance in your mind that sees the positive and negative sides of things as equal, neither leaning too much towards one side nor too much toward the other, maintaining inner balance and looking at things dialectically
3. "Keep the light".
It is to restrain one's own ability, cultivate one's own character, not to be overly exposed, not to be overly preferred, not to rely on being a little faster and stronger than others to obtain a sense of achievement, but like a warm well, from one's own strong heart, draw a steady stream of strength.
In this way, first forget the difference between right and wrong things, and enter the first realm of "all things". Then forget the difference between things and enter the second realm of "Qi Things". In the end, we regard all the troubles in the world as a "nothing", and gradually enter a universe with no time and no meaning, and then we have reached the highest state of "all things" and become one with all things in the world.
