Recently, the heavyweight offshore construction weapon undertaken by CSSC Saisiyi (Wuxi) Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Saisiyi") - the 3000t self-propelled full-slewing crane ship "Tianfeng 10" was successfully delivered, and the smooth delivery of "Tianfeng 10" marks another important member of China's offshore wind power construction tool.
The ship is funded by Shanghai Tianfeng Marine Science and Technology, Nantong Rainbow Marine Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Ship Design and Research Institute design, and Saisiyi provides a full set of power system assembly of the self-propelled slewing crane ship.
The total length of the ship is about 1498m, 415m, depth 14m, design speed 75KN, with a capacity of 100 people, classified as CCS. The power system is equipped with three 2000kW full-rotation electric propulsions, three 1800kW bow thrusters, and the dynamic positioning level is DP2;The entire power system is supplied by SASIYI Integration, including medium-voltage generator, medium-voltage power distribution system, stern main propulsion electric propulsion system, bow thruster electric drive system, dynamic positioning and integrated automation system, of which the main propulsion bow side thrust inverter and control are all products with independent intellectual property rights, and the inverter adopts SASIYI high-power water-cooled inverter.
Tianfeng 10" is mainly used for the hoisting of offshore wind power monopile foundations, jackets, platform modules, booster station components and large-scale offshore steel structures. In the state of fixed tail crane, the maximum lifting capacity of "Tianfeng 10" equipment can reach 3,000 tons, the maximum lifting height is 110 meters, and the equipment is equipped with lifting, luffing and 360° continuous full rotation and other operation functions, which can fully meet the operation needs of offshore wind power and other engineering construction.
At present, SASYI has nearly 30 ship sets in hand in the field of offshore ship electric propulsion, and has accumulated rich experience, involving a variety of offshore ship types such as wind power operation and maintenance ships, wind power installation platforms, and crane ships. At present, a number of heavyweight projects have been delivered to customers one after another, demonstrating the strong industrial chain control and coordination capabilities of SASYI.
