About the Author:Wang Shouxian, a native of Bijie, Guizhou, was born in 1948. After being discharged, he served as the head of the Propaganda Department of the Bijie Municipal Party Committee at the county level, the editor-in-chief of the Bijie Evening News, and the deputy director of the National People's Congress.
