Handle the quality inspection report of wooden file QB T 25696. Test items.

A wood file is a common woodworking tool used to file and polish the surface of wood. In order to ensure the quality and safety of wood files, quality inspection is required. qb/t 2569.6 is a wood product quality testing standard issued by the China Light Industry Federation, which stipulates the testing items and requirements of wood files.

According to QB T 25696 standards, the testing items of wood files mainly include the following aspects:

1.Appearance quality.

The appearance quality is the first step to check the quality of the wood file. The inspector will carefully observe whether the surface of the wooden file is flat, free of cracks, no bubbles, no obvious burrs and other defects. In addition, the edges of the wooden file are checked to see if they are neat and free of sharp corners to prevent scratches to the user during use.

2.Dimensional accuracy.

Dimensional accuracy is an important indicator to measure the accuracy of wood file making. Inspectors use measuring tools to accurately measure the dimensions of the file, including length, width, thickness, etc. If the size of the wooden file does not meet the standard requirements, it will affect its use effect and safety.

3.Material quality.

The quality of the material is a key factor in determining the service life and performance of the wood file. The inspectors will carry out quality checks on the wood used in the wood file, including the hardness, toughness and durability of the wood. At the same time, the quality inspection of the coating on the surface of the wooden file will be carried out to ensure that the coating is uniform, no bubbles, no falling off and other phenomena.

4.Mechanical properties.

Mechanical properties are an important indicator to measure the ability of wood files to withstand external forces. The inspectors will test the mechanical properties of the wooden file such as compression, tensile and bending resistance to test its load-bearing capacity and stability. If the mechanical properties of the wood file do not meet the requirements of the standard, it will be deformed and fractured in the process of use, which will affect its use effect and safety.

5.Environmental performance.

Environmental performance is one of the important indicators of modern wood products. The inspectors will conduct environmental protection tests on the wood and coatings used in the wood file, including the content of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. If the environmental performance of the wood file does not meet the requirements of the standard, it will pose a potential threat to the health of the user.

In addition to the above aspects, there are other test items, such as wear resistance, slip resistance, etc. Depending on the use of the wood file and the production process, the test items may also be different.
